Teen Driving Awareness Month

For many teens, the day they get their drivers’ licenses is the most exciting day of their lives so far. I can remember when I first got mine, I felt like I was one step closer to being an adult. I suddenly had the independence to drive to the mall, the store, or to my friend’s house.

I was fortunate enough to not get into any accidents during that time, however, crash statistics tell us that teen drivers are also the population at greatest risk of being in an accident. Due to inexperience and recklessness, teens have the highest rate of crashes each year of any age group.

During the month of January which is Teen Driving Awareness Month, we would like to bring awareness and attention to the needs of teen drivers in an attempt to make the roads safer. Not just for the teens but for the population at large. We will be highlighting teen driving statistics and some aftermarket products that we believe can improve the safety of your vehicle and make our roads safer for all drivers.
